  • Foundation and Footings: Inspect for cracks, settlement, or signs of shifting that could compromise load-bearing capacity. A solid foundation is essential to support the weight of stored goods and heavy equipment.
  • Steelwork and Concrete: Evaluate the condition of steel beams, columns, and concrete slabs for corrosion, reinforcement adequacy, or damage. This ensures the building can withstand operational stresses and environmental factors.
